This time, I will make this AFV Club T-34. When I bought this about ten years ago, I mistakenly bought an internal reproduction model of clear parts. I wasn’t interested in interior reproduction, so I wondered what to do with it. I will make only the outside and paint it as usual. I feel it’s a little wasteful as there will be a lot of unused parts.
The belt-type tracks in the kit are not so bad, so I used them for Tamiya SU-85 a while ago. It’s not expensive so that you can use it easily. That’s why I will use the waffle tracks from the Miniart.
There are also many molds on the inside of the chassis.
The rubber part of the wheel is separated, and it is a style to fit it later.
The front and back rollers are made of rubber tires, and the middle rollers are made of steel.

When I opened the box of the Miniart tracks kit, the parts were bundled and very compact.
I don’t have much experience, so it is easy to put on this type of track. It isn’t easy to fit pins into holes. Ultimately, I cut off the pin part with a cutter and assembled it like ordinary connecting tracks. In other words, it’s like building a Magic Track of Dragon Models.
It took some time, but I managed to finish wearing the tracks. As I thought the connection type would be better for the T-34 series.
Making the interior takes a lot of time because it is packed into many parts.

It is difficult to make clear parts of this turret without getting dirty. If I make it like the box package, it will be a display like a museum material.
Is it a box-shaped reserve fuel tank on the back of the T-34? This is my first time building this type. I often see round drums lined up side by side for the reserve fuel tanks of Russian tanks.
Only 5000 sets of T- 34/76 with the entire interior! On the package. But after that, it seems to be reproduced quite often.
The mesh of the rear engine grill is reproduced in the photo-etched part.
There was a metal gun barrel in this kit.

Even if the kit uses a lot of big clear parts, I can give up after painting this. I blew the usual surfacer.
Standard Mr. Color C136 Russian green was used.
This decal has a lot of clear margins, so I put Tamiya Gloss Varnish on the place to make the surface shiny. I don’t know what will happen.
I think I could put it neatly without silvering.

The T-34/76 is finally finished. I didn’t make the interior, so it wasn’t so difficult.
The T-34 is the famous tank of the Soviet army, and I think it was the most successful Russian tank in WWII. It was challenging to defeat German tanks and antitank guns, and the battle to develop tanks was accelerated.
After the war between Germany and the Soviet Union started, the mass production of tanks started in the Soviet Union, and they were made at factories all over the country. Each factory has a slightly different shape, and the kit is “Made of the “183” factory.” The famous one was Stalingrad’s “Gilgensky Tractor Plant.” What a maniac classification. I often come out on the stage when I play FPS games.
The photo-etched parts, such as the engine grill, were easy to bend, so it fits well with the tank body.
I could put the decal well, even though there was a lot of blank space.
By the way, the slogan on the turret is “Chelyabinsk farm workers.” In other words, it means a tank financed by donations from the farmworkers.
Interestingly, the road wheels are a mixture of steel and rubber tires.
This time, I used Mini-art connected track links. It wasn’t easy to assemble, but I think it became relatively good.
