This time it's the Academy's T-33A shooting star. The Cartograf decals look high quality, and the instrument panel details look good. The reproduction of the landing gear compartment is also relatively good for an old kit.

The U.S. Navy Bearcat is finally complete. I've made an F6F Hellcat before, and it's a bit smaller than that. It's smaller than Zero. Because the F6F was too large to be used in escort carriers without a catapult, the goal was to have a fighter that could be used in smaller escort carriers. And yet the engines were so powerful that they could win a mock battle against the captured Zero.

This marking is U.S. Army, 93rd Transport Company, Da Nang, Vietnam, 1963. The 1/48 scale is about 35 centimeters long. It's a tandem rotor with rotors on the front and back, so considering that the display space is much larger, it's awe-inspiring.

I made it with the U.S. Navy 31st Fighter Squadron VFA-31 "Tomcatters." It is characterized by the picture of the American cartoon character, Phillix with a bomb as a motif of a black cat. I used the 1/72 scale Air Craft Weapon III U.S. air-to-air missile set, sold separately by Hasegawa. 6 AIM-54 Phoenix and 2 AIM-9L Sidewinders.

I built the F9F Panther. At first, I had the impression that the airplane was shaped like a flying squirrel and it was more ugly than I thought. The panel line and rivet marks were emphasized a little by washing, etc., and I felt it was a surprisingly beautiful streamlined airplane.

This time, I made a Trumpeter kit with a special decal for the Thunderbirds, a Super Sabre acrobatic team. The markings were for Captain Merrill A. McPeak at the 1967 Air Show. He has made hundreds of sorties in the Vietnam War. He was eventually named Chief of Staff of the United States Air Force.

This is a Hellcat from the Profipack series that has a lot of Eduard's etched parts. Marking is 'Minsi III'. This Eduard explanation said the following. David Mccampbell commanded Carrier Air Group 15 and was the most successful fighter pilot in the US Navy.

This is the Hobby Boss, A-4E Sky Hawk. There are various accessories such as a bomb. The marking is U.S. Navy VC-1 (Fleet Composite Squadron One). The nickname was Blue Ali. The aircraft belonging to this unit provided training support for virtual enemy aircraft missions and onboard aircraft in target towing and fleet ECM training.
