P-51D Mustang U.S. Army Air Force Fighter Platz 1/144

I thought Sweet was the only 1/144 scale airplane plastic model with a good mold, but this Platz Mustang is pretty good. It is difficult to mark small airframes in detail. But I think propellers are pretty realistic.

The Dragon German Afrika Korps Infantry set. The heads were changed to resin ones. I'm adding an etched firearm strap. Everyone is in a natural and good pose.

Gunze Creos Lang IV Destroyer Tank 70 (V). This marking is the 116th Armored Division in Ruhr region Germany in 1945. The number might be somewhat different. The predecessor of the 116 division is known as the 16th Motorized Infantry Division "Hound (Windhund) division", advanced to the Astrakhan in the Soviet Union, which is a force that had invaded the most eastward.

Junkers Ju87G-2 Stuka German Anti Tank Attacker Hasegawa 1/48

This is Stuka from Hasegawa. 1/48 is big and powerful when completed. The marking is Luftwaffe Kdr./SG2 (2nd Ground Support Wing). Stuka was slow in speed and the air combat ability is low, so switched over to the Focke-Wulf Fw190. I can see the cockpit well, so I added seatbelts that are sold separately.

Dragon German Sturmpionier figure set. This kit is quite old. At that time, many dragons had large bodies. The face is painted with oil, and acrylic paint is used after that.

It is Academy Bf109K-4. It had a gun barrel made of metal. This is the symbol of the red tulip markings of Colonel Hermann Graf, who is the 52nd fighter wing (JG52) commander. I like that it has a Cartograf decal.

They are various Allied soldiers of Master Box. There are also Australian soldiers and black soldiers. There is no particular relationship between the figures, so I should have made only the figures I like. Other than British soldiers and American tank soldiers, it is quite rare.

This is Tamiya SU-85. The tank body is the same as that of the T-34, so I was surprised that the belt-type caterpillar from the stock AFV club was very nice. It's like a single truck. I wonder if the old kit came back to life. Thanks to the AFV Club parts.

It is the Tunguska anti-air self-propelled gun of Panda Hobby. It was a kit that was quite difficult to assemble. The parts are fine, and there are parts that don't fit well. It's OK once it forms. It is the mark of the Guard.

I made a Tamiya Elephant. The partially connected track is excellent. Zimmerit coating is done with epoxy putty and rollers. This vehicle marking is No.232, 2nd Company, 653rd Heavy Anti-Tank Battalion, Eastern Front, Summer 1944.

It is a Trumpeter German artillery set. Honestly, what about the Trumpeter figures? I don't have an impression that it is a very sharp mold. I think it will be much better if you change the head to a resin one, but the uniform is also very soggy. It was hard to have 6 bodies.

It is an Eastern European kit called Smer. This fitter's mold seems to be quite old, so it was hard to make it. My goal changed from "Let's make it beautiful" to "Let's complete it." It was really good that it was completed.

It is a Trumpeter F-100F Super Sabre. 1/48 scale is quite big and worth painting. Marking is the 48th Tactical Fighter Wing at RAF Lakenheath's airbase in 1960. It's a base of the British Air Force, but only the 48th air wing of the U.S. Air Force was stationed.

It is Hawker Hurricane, a 1/144 scale fighter plane of Sweet. I chose Romanian and Finnish fighters because I could choose various markings. Camouflage painting is difficult for small ones.
